Data is stored by us on our CRM software (Zoho Bigin) and then documents are created apart as part of the MCS compliance. These documents are saved within our Ms OneDrive and also on EasyMCS (QMS System). We will also use your contact details on EasyPV (design software). For new solar PV installations that require an MCS certificate, we will use your details on the MCS site to create an MCS certificate which is then part of your handover pack and we will also register the installation with HIES (consumer code). For, customers that pay with a credit card, the details are captured on stripe and PayPal typically.
